I lauched a new niche specific lead gen business that is already driving multiple calls a day nationwide.

Here is the exact playbook I came up with so you can replicate it if you want.

Think Big Minute #53

This is all being done with organic SEO, Google Mpas SEO (GBP SEO just makes no gramatic sense), and probably a tad of Ai SEO.

Step one is choosing a niche.

I chose one that I know has a high average ticket, has not been beaten to death by other SEOs, and is something that is not an emergency buy so the prospect will want some information before making a purchase.

Then I found as many EMDs for U.S. cities with population of 50,000 or more.

I used Perplexity Computer to do that.

I had it go out and find all domains namecheap had that were

CITYNICHE(.)COM
NICHECITY(.)COM

It took an hour or so but came back with a comprehensive list.

I sorted it by population largest to smallest and started buying the ones that don't cost thousands.

For example I got the Jakcsonville, FL one and hosting for less than $12

Then we got one site built to look realistic and good.

For that I used Shivem Aggarwal theseocrunch local lead gen site service on Legiit.

Once we had one and proved that it ranked we started buying more and cloning them.

We use the wordpress plugin Migrate Guru to clone the first site to the next site.

Then we used the better search replace plugin to change all the instances of the city to the city in the new EMD.

This took a bit of thinking as there were a few different variations.

This also left us with images that had the original city text in them.

So I used ChatGPT Images to change the wording on the logo, the used Remove(.)bg to remove the background since ChatGPT always seems to screw that up.

That is pretty much it for the site.

We have the process down to 30 minutes or so, so we've now handed it off to a team member.

Nest we need a GBP.

For that my guy Mir Baktiar Rahman has a system.

I find the address on Google Maps that I want... usually just something near others, where an actual business can be.

I don't have any more details than that so just find him on Legiit SEORank90.

After submitting it to Google Search Console and Analytics we set each one up in Legiit Command Center so we can track our rankings (organic and local) do technical audits, edit our content track our purchases, and basically have everything in one place.

For some locaitons... this is literally all we had to do.

For example for the Reno location we took #1 in both maps and organic with just this.

For some of the more competitive locations we need some links.

So I did:

Citations from Shariar Sumon aka CitationExpert on Legiit

Social Profiles from Muktesh Patel aka Muktesh-Patel on Legiit

Foundation Links from Shobin K Jose aka IgniteFirst on Legiit.

That was enough to get use #1-#2 organic for every location so far inclduing Jacksonville & Chicago which are major cities.

For Google Maps this seems to be all that is needed as well... though of course it being an exact match helps a lot.

As for monetization:

Right now we are using PPC networks like lead smart.

Once we get more of a system down we will bring someone to directly sell the links, or just rent out the site.

The sites start generating calls almost immidiately once they are ranking.

These are the expenses:

Domain + Hosting $12 up front and like $5 a month.

Design for the first one was $125

GBP - I will leave it to him to tell you his price but it is VERY reasonable

Links - $155

All in it is between $200 - $500 per site for now so it's not hard to pay it back.

Once this becomes self sustaining and we have througuhly conquered the niche everywhere in America we will expand to another.

The thing that really makes it easy is Legiit Command Center because it makes it super easy to track everyting in one place and make edits as needed... otherwise this would be a huge mess.

Anyway, it had been a while since I did a purely tactical one of these so I wanted to mix it up and share what I am doing.

Happy to answer any questions you have but mostly I just want you to...

Think Big.
