I followed up on a newsletter about discipline and doing the reps every day… by missing 2 days in a row.
Oh well.
I will keep trying and getting better which is the goal of this newsletter to begin with.
Speaking of getting better at writing, one of the things I have learned from the various copywriting courses, videos, and books I have been consuming lately is that having frameworks for the things you do and decisions you need to make will improve your outputs and decrease your decision making time.
So what I did today was map out a framework that encompasses all 4 of my businesses and the brands within them to achieve the long term goals, and know the specific role of each company and who they serve.
It took me all afternoon to develop and write but I am very pleased with the outcome.
I call it the D.R.E.A.M. framework.
I will link to the full doc if you want to check it out, but here is the outline:
Each letter in DREAM represents a pillar, aligning one of our organizations (and one new initiative) with a core element of entrepreneurial empowerment:
D – Done-for-You Marketing & Growth (Superstar SEO):
Superstar SEO is our service and growth arm.
It provides done-for-you (DFY) and done-with-you marketing solutions, primarily world-class SEO services, consulting, and training to help entrepreneurs and businesses scale.
Not everyone has the time or expertise to execute marketing alone, so Superstar SEO steps in to deliver results.
This brand is already a globally recognized SEO authority, encompassing an agency, freelance services on Legiit, various trainings, and even a community of over 82,000 members.
By taking marketing off our clients’ plates (or guiding them through it), “D” frees entrepreneurs to focus on their core business, ensuring they grow faster with less hassle.
This supports our mission by enabling business owners to achieve success (and personal freedom) without being bogged down.
Truly a done-for-you boost to their entrepreneurial journey.
R – Resources, Technology & Platform (Legiit):
Legiit is the platform of tools, talent, and training that empowers entrepreneurs to get more done.
In this pillar, “R” stands for providing Resources – everything a business owner or agency needs to understand, manage, and grow their business.
Legiit started as an online marketplace connecting entrepreneurs with skilled freelancers, but it has evolved into not just another marketplace, but a complete business platform to help everyone involved grow.
On Legiit, users can leverage technology (e.g. business management tools, dashboards, integrated Ai), find vetted talent on-demand, and even access training courses and community support.
The platform’s vision is to have everything you need in one place to manage your business, so you can leverage technology and people to dominate your industry.
In practice, Legiit gives entrepreneurs immediate resources: whether it’s outsourcing a task to a freelancer, learning a new skill via a course, or using built-in tools to improve their results.
By centralizing these resources, Legiit helps entrepreneurs scale efficiently and “get more stuff done”, aligning with our movement’s goal of accelerating business growth (and by extension, personal and financial freedom for the entrepreneur).
E – Entrepreneurship Education for Youth (Think Big Learning):
Think Big Learning represents education and empowerment, focused on youth.
Here, “E” is for Educate & Empower the next generation.
As a non-profit initiative, Think Big Learning teaches hands-on entrepreneurship to underprivileged young people as a pathway to self-reliance and success.
We believe every young person deserves the chance to become a “big thinker” and build their own future.
This program provides tools, confidence, and support for youth (often from underserved or justice-involved backgrounds) to launch real micro-businesses, earn their first dollar, and transform their outlook on life.
It’s not just theoretical students actually start ventures and learn by doing, which helps them see that they have the power to shape their destiny.
By creating lifelong entrepreneurs out of today’s youth, we tackle social challenges at the root: opening opportunities, breaking cycles of poverty, and fostering leaders who will in turn create jobs and solutions.
This educational pillar is the heart of the “social change” aspect of our mission.
It demonstrates our conviction that entrepreneurial skills can uplift individuals and communities, reinforcing the idea that thinking big and acting big can lead to extraordinary results for society.
A – Automation & AI Skill Advancement (Automation & Marketing Society):
Automation & Marketing Society (AMS) is our training and upskilling arm for established entrepreneurs and marketers.
“A” stands for Automate & Advance – reflecting AMS’s focus on cutting-edge AI, automation, and marketing training.
Through AMS, we run courses, a private community, and coaching that share real-world, battle-tested strategies to streamline business processes and amplify marketing using the latest technology.
The entrepreneurial universe is always evolving; right now, those who figure out how to harness AI and automation gain a massive edge.
AMS ensures our community stays ahead of the curve.
For example, it teaches members how to save time by automating routine tasks, leverage AI tools for growth, and implement advanced marketing funnels, all based on what’s working now (drawn from our own agencies and experiments).
By upskilling entrepreneurs with practical tech and automation skills, AMS helps their businesses become more efficient, innovative, and scalable.
This directly ties into our overarching mission of personal and global advancement: when entrepreneurs continuously learn and adapt to new technology, they can grow their income and impact exponentially.
In short, this pillar keeps the entrepreneurial flame burning bright by encouraging innovation and lifelong learning.
(Bonus: It also reinforces our ethos of sharing knowledge from real experience we succeed by helping others succeed.)
M – Mentorship & Community for Aspiring Entrepreneurs (New Initiatives):
The final pillar, “M,” addresses the missing component we identified: supporting new entrepreneurs who are not (just) kids.
Not everyone fits into our other categories, imagine someone in their 30s or 40s who wants to start a business but doesn’t know how, or any adult with an entrepreneurial dream but no guidance.
This pillar is about Mentoring and motivating aspiring entrepreneurs of all ages and bringing them into the Think Big Movement.
We can fulfill this through free or affordable content, community, and mentorship programs under our existing brands (rather than creating a new entity).
For example, we might expand Legiit’s educational content or launch a Think Big podcast/webinar series that walks beginners through starting a business.
The idea is to reach and inspire those brand-new entrepreneurs, give them a roadmap, and connect them with resources (like Legiit’s platform or Superstar SEO’s training when they’re ready).
By lowering the barrier to entry through free guides, challenges, or an online community forum we ensure that anyone with the drive can begin their entrepreneurial journey.
This “M” pillar essentially feeds the top of the funnel of our movement: it turns more everyday people into entrepreneurs, which furthers our mission of expanding personal freedom and social impact.
We anticipate integrating this into one of our current platforms (for instance, leveraging Legiit’s blog/courses or the Think Big Movement’s channels to host this content) so that it’s seamlessly part of our ecosystem.
In summary, Mentorship & Community closes the gap by making entrepreneurship accessible to all, not just to existing business owners or youth – ensuring our movement truly serves everyone.
Each component of DREAM reinforces the others in creating an end-to-end entrepreneurial support system.
An aspiring adult who benefits from our free content (M) might use Legiit’s platform (R) to hire talent, then tap Superstar SEO (D) to grow their customer base, join AMS (A) to learn automation, and perhaps even mentor a youth through Think Big Learning (E) someday.
In this way, the framework isn’t just abstract, it’s a practical map of the entrepreneur’s journey we aim to foster.
From the spark of a new idea to scaling up and giving back, we have a pillar in place for each stage.
The acronym “DREAM” also serves as a reminder of why we do this: to help people achieve their dreams through entrepreneurship, and in doing so, change the world for the better.
I suggest you take the time to make frameworks for everything you do, especially in your businesses.
Let me know how it goes.
Till tomorrow.
