Think Big Minute #84

Most people who say they have a sales problem do not have a sales problem.

They have a sentence where an offer should be.

“I do SEO.”

“I build websites.”

Those tell people what you know how to do.

They do not tell anyone exactly what they can buy.

I use a simple test for this.

Does the offer have CASH?

C is Customer.

Who is the offer specifically for?

“Business owners” is not enough. The right buyer should recognize themselves immediately.

A is Active problem.

What is happening in their business right now that makes them want help?

It must be a problem they already care about solving, not something you have to convince them to care about.

S is Specific result.

What changes after they pay you?

Name something the customer can understand and verify.

Do not hand them a list of activities and expect them to figure out why those activities matter.

H is How they can buy today.

What is the price or the next buying step?

If someone wants the result but cannot tell how to get started, the H is missing.

Put it together:

“I help [customer] solve [active problem] by delivering [specific result]. [How to buy.]”

Now look at the offer on your website or profile.

Can you find all four letters?

If one is missing, fix that before spending more money to get attention.

More traffic will not solve a CASH problem.

It will send more people to an offer they do not understand.

7 External Traffic Strategies. One question finally answered.

What actually moved your BSR?

Most eCommerce brands running external traffic can't answer that. Wrong channels, no real attribution, and at the end of the month, a dashboard full of activity and no proof of what drove revenue.

The brands getting it right aren't spending more. They've just stopped guessing.

They know which channels pull weight on Amazon listings, which ones look good in a report but bleed budget, and why creator and affiliate traffic consistently outperform paid social when it's set up correctly.

Levanta's free playbook breaks down all 7 strategies. Where each one works, where it falls apart, and what it takes to scale without it becoming a second job. If you're serious about moving your BSR without living inside PPC, this is worth 5 minutes.
